Exotikal ships from Pakistan to wholesale buyers in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. Here’s exactly how it works, from first order to delivery.
How Orders Ship
We ship as a B2B export business orders are wholesale, not single-unit retail. Here’s what to expect:
- *Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):* 500 units per SKU
- *Origin:* Shipped from Karachi, Pakistan
- *Order confirmation:* Once you confirm quantities and place your order, we issue an invoice and begin preparing your shipment
Shipping Terms
(Ex-Factory vs. FOB Karachi)
We quote two ways, and we’re upfront about what each one includes:
*Ex-Factory* Price at our facility gate in Pakistan. You (or your freight forwarder) arrange and pay for transport from our door to the port, export documentation, and loading.
*FOB Karachi* price includes everything up to and including loading your goods onto the vessel or aircraft at Karachi. From there, you arrange and pay for international freight, insurance, and import clearance in your country.
Most first-time buyers choose FOB Karachi it’s simpler if you don’t already have a freight relationship in Pakistan. Larger, established importers with their own logistics sometimes prefer ex-factory. Either way, we quote both clearly, with no hidden line items added later.

Documentation Included With Every Shipment
Every order ships with full supporting documentation, prepared in advance so nothing holds up your customs clearance:
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from an accredited lab
- Free Sale Certificate (Pakistan)
- GMP Certificate
- Certificate of Origin (issued via FPCCI)
- Halal Certificate, where applicable to the product
- Commercial Invoice and Packing List
- Bilingual (English/Arabic) labeling for UAE shipments; UK FSA-compliant labeling for UK shipments
Customs & Import Responsibility
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend confirming your product’s tariff classification and any registration requirements (e.g., UAE Montaji/Dubai Municipality registration) with your customs broker before your first shipment.
Packaging & Handling
Products are packed to withstand standard sea and air freight conditions. If your order requires specific palletization, container loading, or custom packaging for retail-ready delivery, let us know when you place your order — we’re happy to accommodate where possible.
