These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Exotikal website (exotikal.com) and any wholesale order placed with Exotikal. By browsing this site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the site or place an order.

Who We Are

Exotikal is a Pakistan-based exporter of fruit leather and stevia drops, sourced from Pakistani farms and processed for export to wholesale buyers in the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates.

Nature of This Website

This website is intended primarily for *wholesale/B2B buyers, distributors, importers, retailers, and food service operators. Product listings, descriptions, and content on this site do not constitute a binding offer to sell; they are an invitation for you to make an inquiry or request a quote. A binding sale only occurs once we’ve confirmed your order in writing (via invoice or written order confirmation).

Orders

  • All orders are subject to our *Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 500 units per SKU*, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Orders are confirmed once we issue a written invoice or order confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where stock, certification, or logistics constraints apply.
  • Product specifications, packaging, and available flavors/SKUs may be updated from time to time; the specification confirmed at the time of your order is what will be supplied.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in the currency and terms specified at the time of quotation (e.g., Ex-Factory or FOB Karachi — see our [Shipping Details](/shipping-details) page for definitions).
  • Prices are valid for the period stated in your quote and may change without notice for quotes that have expired.

  • Full payment (or the agreed deposit) must be received before production or shipment begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, transit estimates, and documentation provided with each order are set out on our [Shipping Details](/shipping-details) page, which forms part of these Terms. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product Quality & Inspection

  • All products are manufactured and tested in line with the certifications listed on our website and product documentation (including FDA-registered facility standards for Fruit Leather and PCSIR certification for Stevia Drops).
  • Buyers are responsible for inspecting goods promptly on arrival. Any claim relating to product quality, quantity, or damage must be reported to us in writing *within 7 days of delivery*, with photographic evidence where applicable.
  • Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

Returns, Claims & Cancellations

  • Because products are made to order for export, orders generally cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • Verified quality claims (see Section 6) will be resolved through replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
  • We are not responsible for damage, spoilage, or loss occurring after goods have left our custody and been handed to the carrier, except where caused by our negligence in packaging.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product photography, branding, and the Exotikal name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it or any systems connected to it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exotikal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profit or business opportunity) arising from your use of this website or from any order, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, port closures, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or government action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or an order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or import protections that may apply under the laws of the buyer’s own country.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.
